Mr. Akin Iroko is a Member of the Board of Directors at Primegrid Renewable Energy, Incorporated. He is the President and Chief Executive Officer of TVL Consulting Limited in Nigeria. He served as Director-General/CEO, Institute of Directors, Nigeria from 2000-2006. Mr. Iroko is a savvy Boardroom strategist and reputable Business Membership Organization (BMO) expert. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Directors (IoD) and a Chartered Fellow of the Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM).

Akin Iroko is a 1986 Mass Communication Graduate and an alumnus of The Polytechnic Ibadan, Nigeria; Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, Nigeria (MBA); Pan-Atlantic University, Lagos, Nigeria (CEP-12); American University of Sharjah, UAE and several global leadership and Corporate Governance certificates. Akin Iroko is on the Board of many companies and he is the Chairman, JAGS Edge Consulting Inc, Toronto, ON, Canada. 

Mr. Iroko was a renowned Leadership and Corporate Governance training instructor and facilitator from 2008 to 2014 at the Graduate School of Public and International Affairs (GSPIA), University of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA. He is happily married to Ayodele and blessed with smart children and grandchildren. He is a disciple of the Lord Jesus Christ, an ordained Pastor, and a Christian leader..
