Engr. Olugbenga Adamolekun is currently the President for Africa Operations and Chief Operations Officer for Primegrid Renewable Energy, Incorporated. He is a technology and business leader with substantial experience in the provision and delivery of business solutions for a variety of clients across the energy sector in oil & gas, FMCG, information technology, communications and telecommunications, healthcare, insurance, and financial industries. He was the Project Management Leader for General Electric Nigeria and managed various project teams across West-Central Africa – responsible for driving installation and project execution, site EHS management, and ensuring installation quality across the region.

He has over 25 years of experience in Electrical Engineering and project leadership covering a wide range of major infrastructure, electrical and mechanical projects working both in private and public sectors both within Nigeria and internationally including France, the United Kingdom, and several other African countries. He is the co-founder and Managing Director of GBY International Consulting Limited. He has extensive experience and expertise in project engineering management, planning and execution, service and operations management, contracts, and business development.

Engr. Adamolekun graduated from Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife with B.Sc Electronic and Electrical Engineering. He also earned an M.Sc in Project Management for Energy and Environmental Engineering from the prestigious French Engineering school, Ecole des Mines de Nantes, in Nantes France. He is a Registered Engineer with COREN and a Member of the Nigeria Society of Engineers.
