Hajiya Hauwa Ahmed-Fari is a Managing Partner and Member of the Board of Directors at Primegrid Renewable Energy, Incorporated. She holds a professional degree from the Nigerian Institute of Management and is a Chartered Professional Manager. She has provided expertise and advice in the corporate structuring of several startup firms as well as the consolidation of existing businesses over the years. She has advised boards of directors and acted as proxies for clients at board meetings. Her background includes the development of administrative and Human Resources models and regulations, as well as legal consulting, project preparation, structuring, and coordination. She has also served as a protocol officer and program coordinator for clients in Nigeria and abroad. Hajiya Ahmed-Fari also attended management, arbitration, maritime law, and corporate social responsibility professional seminars and conferences. She collaborated with the Nigerian-South African Chamber of Commerce on a franchising report.
She is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators in the United Kingdom, a member of the Federation of International Female Lawyers (FIDA), a life member of the International Association of Criminal Justice Practitioners (IACJP), an associate member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in the United Kingdom, and a member of the Committee for the Defense of Human Rights.
