Ms. Michele Thompson is a business professional with over 20 years of managerial experience focused on business administration, organizational development, and communication. Before joining Primegrid Renewable Energy, Michele worked for Xerox Corporation where she obtained her certification as a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma where she had joined numerous management teams to create and develop policies and best practices for the company. 

She oversees all aspects of back-office solutions and facilities, including accounting, billing, IT, and client relations. Furthermore, she is committed to service, reliability, and process development, and she is actively trying out new technologies and ideas to develop both the customer experience and general administrative processes. Michele oversees human resources and professional development initiatives, as well as analyzing industry dynamics and carrying out business growth opportunities. She manages staff acquisition and training activities, collaborating with selected management recruiting agencies to ensure the provision of professional expertise and human resources based on client’s needs.

Ms. Thompson is also an experienced Lending Specialist with the largest Credit Union in Colorado with a demonstrated history of monthly production of over $1 million in consumer loans within the financial industry.  Michele is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Colorado. She is also a certified training instructor for AHA Process facilitating several programs that provide professional development and poverty reduction programs through Ahead. Michele Thompson holds an MBA in Business Administration from the Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Technical Management and Marketing from Devry University.
